Simple wall Mount for a TV Remote. Samsung Model BN59-01259.
I’ve been developing fully automated 3D scanner. Up until recently it was operated using a $15 webcam. This is an updated prototype of my newest head unit. I’ve been developing multiple revisions to this since this model but I figured I’d share this model with people though in case they want to toy with it themselves. Aside from the pi (which it can run without) most of the devices are relatively cheap and cost under $130 dollars all together. All the bolts are 1/4 half inch hex cap screws that go into 1/4 threaded heat inserts.
Current Parts Listed Below
ELP Synchronized Dual Lens Stereo Camera Model Number B083JSDD97 (Make sure you get the one WITHOUT lens distortion).
Benewake TFMini-S
Embedded Mega2560
Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB)
Inland Raspberry Pi 4 B Camera Webcam
a ton of 1/4 heat pressed threaded inserts (don’t judge it’s what I had!)
1/4 1inch hex cap bolts
I needed an organized project enclosure box for my battery monitor and thermostat controller. If you have an RV, boat etc where you need to keep batteries warm while also keeping tabs on how much battery life you have left this is a cheap and easy solution.
This snap-together panel was created for the use Ketotek’s KTF00091 Temperature controller and Bayite’s PZEM-051 DC digital multi-function meter.
I made this panel by first creating mock-ups of the devices in CAD with measurements I took with my calipers. I then created and designed everything around those models. I provided the mock-ups as well. In case someone wants to create their own panel around one of these devices.
This is the first revision of my fully automated 3D scanner. It was constructed with spare 3D printer parts I had laying around at the time. I’m currently working on a better one that is more modular features a laser array, range finder and duel cameras capable of better depth estimation. This current model was a very crude device I whipped together years ago to see if I could fully automate moving the camera around on a given path. The software I created for it allows the user to set a path for the camera to scan over an object and upload the results to a designated shared server space. The information can the be freely shared among designated users to allow teams of people to share their scans quickly and easily. The scanner itself leaves detailed information not only on the website but also in the meta data of the image. This makes creating point cloud maps that have more uniform camera distance information.
Simple wall mount for battery shunt. Model: Fl-2 0.5. I would suggest using PETG for this print. I created a CAD Model representation of the shunt then designed around it. I included that model incase you want to design your own mount around it. Use this how you like. i just needed one so I made it.
Our toddler keeps ripping my wife’s artwork off the walls. This is my not so decorative solution.
I needed a more direct keyboard and mouse switch. Used a 4 port switch (product number 47-200-071) and a four port hub (Sabrent HB-UM43)
Wallmount for the Cisco Aironet Patch Antenna (AIR-ANT5160NP-R)
Made this simple wall mount for our baby monitor. It’s model SM935 by Dream Baby. so if you have that model save yourself some time in cad and print this one out. enjoy. be well.
Grabbed a bunch of these from Walmart and needed a reinforced wall mount to keep them from ripping off the wall when we unplug things. Screws to the wall with standard drywall screws.
